Climate & Enviroment & The Law
The Australian Network of Environmental Defenders Offices Inc (ANEDO or EDO) is a non-profit and independent community legal service. Its mission is to defend and enhance Australia’s natural and cultural envionmen. EDO seeks to “protect the environment, promotes its enhancement and encourages public participation in decision making on environmental issues”.
It provides a number of community workshops at little to no charge to communities and environment groups:
- Climate Law
- VCAT Planning & Environment Appeals
- Biodiversity Law
- Native Vegetation.
